Vertical menu with Horizontal Scrolling

Hi there, this is a website I’m doing for a Dog’s Club.

There is a section which consists of a vertical menu with tabs and kind of slides of content that have to be seen both by clicking to the menu item or by horizontal scrolling. This is the design:

Yes, sorry, this is my first time posting on the forum. So the page I talked about is “Formacion” and the question is How to make it. How to control where the menu item text color goes black and how to focus the text that matches the menu item on the left side, since it isn’t a slider.

Or even if you know some website that has a similar section.
