Using Link Block but page opens to new window

Hi Guys,

I have a project which i am trying to link an image to a blog post. I have added a link block and placed the image inside this, i also have the open on a new tab ticked off, but it still opens on a new window.
Please help

Welcome to the forum!

If you’re referring to this happening within the Designer - this is expected behaviour if you’ve added an external URL (www.domain.com/blog-post/1 as opposed to /blog-post/1) to the link block.

If a new tab is opening on the published link please let me know! It would great if you could take a screenshot of the button which is triggering this as well.
