Is it possible to use a custom authentication API to restrict access to certain pages within webflow. For example, restricting users access to certain pages depending on if they have a specific token or not.

Not a feature but you could build something similar to what Memberstack has done or use a similar service. There is no GraphQL functionality with Webflow.
