User tester says rotational parallax background not working on laptop but looks fine on mine

Hi - it works fine on my laptop but my friend says it doesn’t move on his laptop. Is this just his laptop or is it something I’ve done/not done?

Also the ‘Left Cloud’ layer keeps jumping forward whenever I exit and re-enter the project. I’m not sure if this is just for me or if this happens when someone else opens it too.

When attempting to determine why something works or doesn’t with websites, you need to know the device particulars (OS, browser, browser version) at a minimum. Then you can test.
