Does anyone else have issues with User Accounts failing?
At one point they’re working then all of a sudden they stop working and users can’t log in, sign out or sign up. The option fields in the forms don’t show the data either.
Is this a known thing at all?

Most likely just a temp issue on Webflow’s side. Is this still happening or has it resolved itself?
