User account login page redirects somewhere else but I can't edit the slug?

If I cant edit the slug im not sure how this happened in the first place

But on the design tab, it looks like userpages section has the words and slug log-in

It looks correct, I don’t know why it is redirecting, and by design, these slugs can’t be edited

On the design tab it shows a form and not a 404 page

I just click publish and it shows 404 with the correct slug

Not sure what to do

I would pay someone to assist me with this thread and the previous thread I made regarding these two problems at this point because I am in a time rush to get started and meet this deadline
