URL link that changes when the image changes

Hello everyone, I’m building a website that shows random avatars when the user clicks on a button. Basically, the way I did was using custom code that randomly changes the pictures when the page refreshes.

Now I want to show a ‘Download picture’ link that would download the random image that is being shown above. I want to match the ‘Download picture’ link with the image above so the user can download the image we’re seeing above.

Does anyone know how can I achieve that?
