We have a site on webflow that has been live for a few weeks now. however, all of the sudden we are no longer able to update or publish our site on webflow. We have reached out to Webflow support and they have their Tier 2 team on it but we have not heard anything from them. I am wondering if anyone has insight into what I can to get it to work?
Publishing is an internal function. All you can do is rule out your local browser or network as potential issues. For browsers make sure you are using a supported one with no plugins/extensions. To rule out network issues try using another one.
Other than that, I think you’re at the mercy of WF support. How long has it been since you submitted the ticket?
