Uploading products from Printful.com

When I try to add a product to my e-commerce store on webflow from Printful.com, I get this error:

Product was not added!
ValidationError: Validation Failure

Can you maybe explain how you tried to add the products, it will help with proposing a solution

Did you ever receive a solution for this? I am having this issue and printful support cannot figure this out.
