I am wondering why when uploading a new Vimeo video I am unable to upload this new version to the website domain I have for this website.
It has worked in the past, am I missing something?

Hi @Sara_Hirsch, if you have a read-only link to your site, that will help if we need to check something on the site.
If you have created a new vimeo video, you can replace the old url you were using in the site design with the new url.
At the moment, the Asset Manager does not support video uploads. You can link to videos on YouTube or Vimeo, or upload your videos to dropbox or some other service and then link to the videos on Dropbox (or some other service you choose).
