How can I transfer the website plan to a different website in my workspace?

I’ve encountered two problem cases that may or may not be on the team’s radar-

As a workspace guest, I can’t use that feature in a client’s workspace. They have to share their login for me to handle that aspect of site setup for them. I’m fairly certain that I can buy plans and cancel plans, but not transfer them, it’s grayed out.

If you try to transfer a plan to a site which already has a plan ( i.e. swap them ), the message that appears perfectly describes it as a plan swap. However when you try to proceed it errors. I was able to get around it by creating a temporary site C, and transfer A → C, B → A, C → B, but it would be great if the swap could be done in a single step.
