Updated DNS settings not working for client

I run x4 Webflow websites for my client. They “appear” to have updated their DNS settings as requested in Webflow’s recent hosting update.

From what I can tell they’ve changed their CNAME and A record as requested, yet my Webflow Dash is still telling me to update the domains. This update was done weeks ago so should have worked by now.

I don’t have access to their CPanel so can’t verify, but as an example a quick lookup online shows:

They’ve also mentioned: “It looks like the IP address is via a proxy but Copilot tells me this:”

Before I reach out to WF, any idea’s please?

Check again that you have only one @ record.

Maybe Clean Cache.
