[Update: Partially fixed but dropdown list does not stay open.] Navigaton dropdown text opacity set to 0 as default

Looks like its a new bug. It just happened when i log in today and updated my site. My navigation dropdown text element is auto set to 0.

UPDATE They seem to have fix the opacity issue but the dropdown list still does not stay open on click. Once the cursor leaves the dropdown nav text, the dropdown list closes.
