Unpublished Change Triggerring

As an editor, when you simply click within an editable field, that is enough to trigger an increment of an “Unpublished Change”. Clicking on the Unpublished Change item does not take you to the element, nor is the change (if it’s a real change) shown in any kind of Diff color.
