I’m looking for clarification of my understanding about the 3 content editor limit in the CMS plan and how those three relate to access to the Workspace. With the Core workspace that has up to 3 seats and 2 freelancers, is it correct that the 3 content editors for the site need to come from some composition of the 3 seats and 2 free freelancer accounts?
Content editors are unrelated, they’re designed to allow authorized people to have content-editing-only access to the site, through a simplified editor interface. This is good for things like updating products, adding blog entries, and minor changes.
Workspace access means designer access, and is for people actually involved in building the site.
Also, content editors are site-specific. Workspace users have access to all of the sites in the workspace.
