Unable to edit the content from CMS

Hey Everyone,

I’m using a ACE Portfolio template from Flowyak and totally new to webflow. In this page, Im trying to edit the text (shown in the image) but I’m not able to select or edit or even see it in the navigator panel. Somehow it seems this unclickable text is linked to “work effect container”. Once I delete it, its gone.

So my 1st question is how to either manually edit this text or get a text from cms?
2nd, How can I unlink this “work effect container” without losing its style?

@makifsari that text is being pulled from the “Services” collection in CMS. Click the “three little disks” database icon on the left to get in to the CMS and click around in there.
