UI Issue (Published View); how do I keep a section of my page from being highlighted?

Hi, I’m having trouble trying to figure out why a section of my web page is highlighted in blue. I do not see the section highlighted in the toggle preview view, but I see it when live. I need some help resolving this.

For reference, you’ll see an image highlighted at the bottom of the page (right before the Reflection section). Any help will be appreciated!
