Typography panel collapses automatically in Designer UI

Why does the typography section of the designer auto-close now ?

When you select an object… It’s starts closed.
When you change sections… It closes again.

This is a PITA. If I want it closed… I prefer to do it myself.

Hi @Revolution, we’re taking a look!

Yes, I have been experiencing and wondering the same thing. :thinking::wink:

Hi @Revolution and @VladimirVitaliyevich, could you please share your browser version/OS detail?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @cyberdave .
I use new iMac 4K and it’s updated to everything that was most recent. I use Vivaldi which is also most recent version.

On a side note, I wasn’t able to find this post but i remember it, whenever I log onto Webflow I go straight to discover rather dashboard. It was confirmed then that it was a bug and now I am experiencing this behavior. Any thoughts?

Another side note, instead the 3 UI boxes at the bottom being closed on starting, rather the first two are closed and text but the last one [where the cursors are] starts off open.

Hope this helps. :wink::+1:

It happens here
Chrome 50.0.2661.94 - 64 bit

but NOT here. Guess I can use Canary for awhile.
Crome 52.0.2723.0 Carnary - 64 bit

@VladimirVitaliyevich

Canary produces errors on update though (Google - not Webflow issue)

Hi @Revolution, I checked and tested on Chrome Version 50.0.2661.86 (64-bit) and I was unable to reproduce the issue on an earlier version of chrome, so there could be something with one of those chrome updates.

I am still testing on Chrome 50.0.2661.94 - 64 bit and will relay info as I have it.

@cyberdave UPDATE: The problem has been fixed on my end. (works great both on Vivaldi and Chrome) :wink::grinning:
