Trying to scale section and image to meet in the middle

Hello, I’m trying to make the bottom of a section meet the middle of an image when this one scale.

Hi! @DamianB be welcome!

Is hard to help without link share, but you can add this image as position: absolute inside a div block with position: relative at the bottom.

So you can use negative margins to overlap this section.
