Trying to make a headline with two lines on each side

Hi all! I got a real noob question. I have this problem, I am trying to make a headline with two lines on each side of a headline. What is the easiest and best way to do this? I assume its very easy but I tried to a lot! Grateful for help.exampel

Hi again @donaldsv I tried to make it exactly as you did but failed. I guess thought that would be impossible:joy:

I was putting a container. Inside that a div (as u called wrapper?). Even if I try to set exactly the same margins as you did it does not appear the same. Really don’t know why.
