Trouble changing font color in nav bar

I just created a nav bar and want to turn it into a symbol to reuse on other pages. However, before I do this, I can’t seem to change the font color. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can give your links a class name. Change the text color. Then apply the same class to all your menu links.

You can also apply the same class to your dropdown icons.
