Trouble Adding Main Photo in Ecommerce Products

I’ve purchased the Meteora template and am currently working on building out my own custom product list. I’m running into the below error:


When clicking on the box to replace/add new photo, it’s opening my File Explorer (currently using Windows 10 Home, Version 1809) and automatically filtering for Custom Files, if that makes any difference. I’ve tried editing an already-existing product included in the template, as well as add my own.

I would like to avoid having to completely recreate the product CMS itself. Thank you for your help!

Thanks for bringing our attention to this problem. One of our engineers has created today fix for this, so this should be resolved soon.
