I’m planning on moving my clients website to their own dedicated workspace as they would like more control over the site and we currently cannot do that as our workspace contains several different client sites.
The site currently has a site plan which is paid for upfront for the year but to move a site to another workspace I have read that you need to downgrade to a starter site and that you wont get a refund for the plan you’ve paid for. I also read that you cannot get a hosting transfer between different workspaces. Is there any work around to this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
