Top Navbar change position when publishd

hi everybody, I have a problem with the position of my Navbar when published

this is how I see the navbar and grid in view mode (thats the result i wish for) :

however, when i publish my website the whole navbar get out of grid

any help will be appreciated, thank:)

It also appears I may be looking at a different version? Not seeing the yellow logo in the upper left.
