I had the exact same problem (my domain registrar is an Amazon). But setting the default site to www was not enough. I needed also to publish and unpublish the whole website.
I can see that Webflow has serious problems with caching. And it seems it’s a long-term issue. (I’ve just had a problem with publishing a new version.)
