Tiny Icons Next to Username in Forums

I have seen a little trophy next to some people’s usernames on the forums, and also a wand .

What do these mean, and how does one earn them?

The trophy means Admin (like me) and the wand means Moderator. You can be a moderator, but you gotta earn it. :smiley:
