Tickets view in the portal

Newbie question here… can we see our open tickets in the help portal? I opened a ticket, havent had a response for a few days (understand it is the weekend of the 4th) but… I dont see my ticket status or even a ticket, normally we can see open tickets in platforms such as zendesk.

PS, is it normal that it takes so long to get a ticket response?

@bobway - I am not aware of any external access to Webflow’s internal trouble ticketing software. As for how long it takes is anyone’s guess since it fluctuates based on load and volume. It was a holiday week in the US so that might mean a larger queue than normal.
