Suddenly, the following window appears in Site Designer mode and I cannot access it.
“This was renamed or it no longer exists! You will be redirected to the dashboard now. Please contact support@webflow.com if you are experiencing issues.”

Is there any way to solve this?

I’d contact support like the message suggests, that seems to be your best course of action.

Is there a way to provide real-time consultation, such as chat? All I got was an automatic reply saying that I don’t email.

With Webflow’s support team? That’s available on the Enterprise plans.
Otherwise you use the Support system, the button is at the top right in this forum.

Note if you’re seeing a message to email support, that’s likely outdated, let them know- they no longer accept emails as the first point of contact, because they can’t identify and route requests to the right team.
