When trying to do routine actions in the Navigator I’m getting this error.
Simple things like moving an element outside of its parent, unwrapping or nesting an element into a different parent are not being allowed.
Refresh the Designer or open it in an incognito window, this usually clears the sync glitch.
If it still blocks re, parenting, check for locked/read, only symbols or duplicate the page to reset the structure.

Thanks for the reply @moid.space, I’d tried all of these other than duplicating the page previously and they didn’t work, but this morning the error isn’t showing anymore, so I’m good for now, but unsure what was causing the issue. Will try the page duplication next time if it happens again
