There is a glitch when clicking a tab

Hey everyone,

I am having a trouble with the tab switching and I tried many hours to fix that problem, still no luck. Simply, there are two sections with different tabs on this page, and both have problems when shifting the tabs

I have a problem with tabs glitching, basically when i click secondary tab, it shifts under the page, i read my topics in the discourse however i still couldn’t understand how to fix that, can someone please help me? Thank you in advance.
