Sometimes webflow stuff is too complex even trying out everything since past 5 days I am not able to fill tat first image which is getting empty for my blog grid

You are using float properties on Collection Item which is adding before after in Webflow and that takes extra space when the parent is grid
When using grid or flex you don’t really need float , actually you do not need to use float except for very exceptional cases.
How i can fix this :) could you please explain

Sorry I may not have clearly mentioned it. What I was trying to say is, you have to remove float properties applied on the Collection Item .
