The designer is crashing on updates for me

My designer crashed and crashes every time I try to update it. I have reached out via email and customer support is only until 6 pm. How is there no emergency customer service? Super troubling given the fact that my site is currently displaying a half built website and I’m worried people will see that. I need help ASAP if anyone knows what to do please let me know.

Hey Jackson, try disabling all of your browser extensions, and clear your cache.
Most especially make sure that any ad blockers aren’t running on the designer domain.
