Text links linked to new page is not working

I designed a few ratings widgets for a client instead of paying a subscription. I used the text links and linked them to google reviews and yelp respectively. After I set them up and click them, they don’t work at all (they just send me back to my home page). Can someone tell me what I need to do to get these to properly link to new pages?
