Text Link is automatically scrolling to next section how to stop that?

I have a scroll down icon set via a text link and when the page loads it automatically scrolls down the page to the 2nd section. I’d like the scroll down effect to occur only when clicked on, not automatic scroll upon page load. Help…?

Odd, it stopped doing that. I swear it was doing that for a few refreshes! Ok, well, at least its working normally now. :slight_smile:
