Telephone link not linking properly

Ohhhh! Thank you so much for pointing out that there were those two link settings blocks! They were pulling from the “Link Settings” and not the “Link Block Settings” so I just switched the “Link settings” to pull from the correct collection field as they all were pulling from the Company Phone Number rather than from the Toll Free or Fax number that are in that collection.
I guess it originally pulled from the collection link rather than when I manually entered the phone link.
