Tabs with Initial State Closed || Making a Dropdown Tab Menu

Hello, I saw this on the HP website and I’ve tried (using tabs, dropdowns, custom divs set to position: absolute) to implement this design feature to no avail. Something tells me I can use an invisible trigger @matthewpmunger :eyes: but I’m not sure how to go about it.
