Tabs and CMS not working in a form

Hi, i am trying to use a form as a sort of e-commerce. I am using tabs to sort the products by category and i use the CMS to generate the products. In the bottom i alsow have a section for contact information. And finally i wont to send the form to my self so that i know what products have been ordered.

The problem is that the form submission does not work and i wonder why?

Thanks for posting about this.

It looks like you have several of these select fields in the tabs which is inside of your form:

Some of these are required which I think is the issue here. I recommend ensuring all fields are optional, then publish and try testing once more.
