Switch to slider when browser size is reduced

Hi all!

I want to turn the collection item in " BUY MOVIE TICKETS" to a horizontal slider when the breakpoint gets smaller - it seems pretty basic, but I can’t seem to find resources on this topic. Perhaps I am not using the correct description or question.
