Without seeing you link what I can tell you is that you can create an interaction on hover over you icon, but I don’t really know what you are wanting to animate exactly. Using interactions you can affect both the icon itself or other content. If you are trying to change the SVG icon color on hover, that’s not possible without custom code, but it’s pretty easy to custom code that.
