Hello,
I’m having an issue with not receiving a form submission from a website I created. The thing is, I receive the form when I use other emails as the submission email but there is one email, contact@launchangle.com , that will not receive submissions. Is there a reason this is happening? They are not going to the spam folder which has been checked.

Thank you so much for getting in touch about your form submissions, and we’re here to help.
I checked on our side, and it looks like the form submissions are working as expected.
When I checked your email (contact@launchangle.com ) using Zerobounce, it looks like this is a role-based email (info@, admin@, etc.).
Such role-based email addresses do not receive form submissions: https://www.cakemail.com/help/role-based-emails/
Role-based emails will be unable to receive form submissions outside of our control.
We would suggest using a name based email address, such as jane.doe@launchangle.com so that your form submissions can be received.
Please let me know if this solves the problem.
