Submission for not working on one email


I’m having an issue with not receiving a form submission from a website I created. The thing is, I receive the form when I use other emails as the submission email but there is one email,, that will not receive submissions. Is there a reason this is happening? They are not going to the spam folder which has been checked.

I checked on our side, and it looks like the form submissions are working as expected.

When I checked your email ( using Zerobounce, it looks like this is a role-based email (info@, admin@, etc.).


Such role-based email addresses do not receive form submissions:

Role-based emails will be unable to receive form submissions outside of our control.

We would suggest using a name based email address, such as so that your form submissions can be received.
