Styling: Editor: Images ellipsis > "🖊️ Edit Alt Text" + "🗑️ Delete"

Hi,

I noticed the following user interface styling mistake in the Editor when trying to delete an image. They should be inline and not block.

Also, why not just have the + on hover instead of having to click the ellipsis?
