Does any know why my styles when viewing on desktop, aren’t transferring to laptop and mobile views? For example, the H3 heading I have on the desktop changes when I click the laptop viewport.

Laptop view:
Any thoughts? Even the button interaction on the desktop view isn’t transferring to mobile. Is there something I can do to fix this? Thank you in advance for your help.
