Styles in Designer do not apply to elements

Hello Webflow Community,

I’ve run into a very strange issue. Any styling I try to apply to HTML tags like H1, body, etc., or to specific classes does not apply.

Does anybody have a solution to this problem?

hello @DenisCalei, the issue you have has to do with global styles component you have on your page. If you check the code there you will see that your headings are set to inherit. So to change the color or size you will have to set it on the parent element. I hope this helps!
