Styles are not getting reflected on published site

Good Day,

In our webflow site, for some weeks there is an issue. Whatever changes I make in designer, none of them are reflecting on the published site. For example, the header nav bar container is a grid with columns 1fr and 2.5 fr. It works well on designer. But in the published site it is still 1fr and 4fr. Requesting fellow developers to help me solve this issue.
