Student plan update?

Hej! I was wondering how long it takes to ever hear something from Webflow when you apply for a student plan. I now am working on another account with a free plan but already running out of pages. I have sent the request a while ago and never heard back from Webflow. Does anyone here know what to do to get an update about this?
