Strange support experience: did I get supported?

I need to transfer a hosting plan from one site in my account to another. So, I get on the chat and request it. The bot was doing ok trying to understand me, I thought, so I apprehensively put my credit card last 4 and exp. date in, etc. a and went through the process. It was confusing how it asked me twice ‘what is the subject for the email?’ - what email? To me? To support? Does this chatbot just send someone an email cause I could do that faster!

Then it ended. No ticket, no confirmation email. I have no idea if my support request was accepted :frowning:
