Strange behavior - Modal menu animation

Hello Community,

I’m having some strange behavior with my mobile menu.
The animation was playing very smoothly, as planned, but suddenly, it started to play with some “lag”.

The easing of the nav links elements are supposed to be set to “swing to”

Does any of you have an idea what is happening here?

Hi @Laurent_Hayoz, after taking a closer look at your site, I think the laggy behavior may be due to CSS styles on the link elements.

If you refer to the below screenshot, I’ve highlighted the transition: all property.

In general, it is best to avoid this property whenever possible. It especially causes issues with IX2 (and other JavaScript-based animations).

Hopefully this helps! Please let us know if removing this fixes the lag for you.

Note: If you must use this property on your site links, then I would suggest changing the IX2 target to a nested div wrapper so they aren’t operating on the same elements.
