Sticky sidebar - Difficulties

Hello Webflow friends,
I am having trouble with the sticky sidebar. I have reviewed all former topics and tried everything. Yet it simply does not work and I do not know why. Some help would be appreciated.
So, a page example could be this one: Every generation is smarter than the previous. The Flynn effect.
Inside the designer, you could see this:
