Sticky scroll div

Hello, I want to create a menu of sorts that sticks with you as you scroll down to it, then stop a bit further down (a div that sticks with you only for a certain bit of the page). I created an example since I’m obviously bad at explaining: Imgur

It works like a fixed div, but not for the entire page. Can’t seem to figure out how.
