Sticky aside/Position sticky not working?

I’m trying to make the sidebar that has “notes” and “origins” stick

1. Set the “Sidebar” to “Relative”

2. Create a new Container (here “Sticky_Container”) and set the 3 Containers “Sidebar Block” as Children. Then set the “Sticky_Container” to “Sticky” and give it the perfect margin-top…
